Caramel CornF
Caramel-coated popcorn.
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- ½ cup corn syrup
- 1 cup butter
- 1 tsp baking soda
- popcorn big roasting pan full

- Blend together brown sugar, white sugar, corn syrup, and butter.
- Bring to a boil over medium-low heat, stirring often.
- When boiling, do not stir; let cook for 5 minutes (use a timer).
- Add baking soda and stir quickly.
- Pour the caramel mixture over a big roasting pan of popcorn.
- Bake at 250°F (120°C) for 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes to coat evenly.
