A versatile dough recipe with oil.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp yeast (original or quick)
  • 3 cups warm water (you can substitute or do partial milk)
  • ½ cup sugar (1/3 to 1/2 cup)
  • ½ cup melted lard or canola oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 cups all-purpose flour roughly, add as needed
